My immidiate boss Mr. Somnath chaudhuri who trained me wonderfully and helped me to grow where I am today

To much attention on certain people who were not contributing and being protected by the operation manager / branch manager (2006) with tons of promotion .... if you don't believe ask anyone who worked during this period (2006 _ 2007)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
