Its been 3.5 months till now and i have learnt so much here i have started here as a fresher. I am happy because the behaviour of my seniors is really good and there is coordination so i am so glad that i have started my career from here.

Working days monday to saturday this is the only thing i don't like about my company. i want aleast alternative saturday off but no there is 5.5 days working but there is no benefit of halfday.

The management supports and promotes those who come through referral (AGM, CFO,VP). TATA Ethics is only paper and the HR are sitting ducks. No job security after 2 years as peer politics is high and Case based humiliation exist by senior as promotion gets stalled
