Good atmosphere and working place for women who are not able to go out and work .getting to learn new things and develop our skills. Almost great opportunity to all homemaker no discrimination. I have worked in several projects all team leaders were good but Madhvi ma'am is the best. Voiz values the talent of their agents and not their degree as far of now.

Dislikes

Don't know but from few days voiz is creating difficulties for their co-workers and creating new changes in their CRM. Where working moms may find difficulty. Second thing it's not permenant work from fome job security is a bit in danger.

It is an amazing experience working in this company. I feel more at home , more comfortable and always being supported. Management always thought for your growth both professionally and personally. I really appreciate the support which i received from my Manager, Auditor and my TLS.

The only thing which is little bit disturbing is the week offs we used to get as we get only one weekoff that too not on the weekends, But this is purely based on the projects we work on .
