Dislikes

Opportunities are not being equally extended to people at the branch/zone locations (certain verticals only) and mostly people working at Circle office are being considered first for any kind of nominations/promotions/customized trainings etc. Some times the best performance's are not being acknowledged or considered fairly when it comes to salary hikes and promotion short listings.

Work Details

My work involves lot of customer interactions daily in terms of enquiries requests and complaints which requires cross functional support for close looping. Also need to do planned courtesy visits/Enterprise accounts reviews/Touch points&Retention visits.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
