Only compensation is good but that too is less compare to the effort guven by you. Very poor job security over here, there is no holiday here, if you take leave then also you have to attend the con call of your Boss, no work life balance here, employees working here from 7 am till 9pm in a day.

You Boss will use very much offensive language to you if unable to meet the daily numbers.
