1.There are no holidays even for christmas,diwali and second saturday u need to work 2.You get unnecessary scolding from all outlets apart from ur managers 3.Even if you take leave or on sick leave you should work and attend all calls and vc 4.They don't treat us as manager,we are given the same treatment as salesmen 5.Even if you perform well u wont get promotion
