Being it a communication/telephone sector, it is not much affected by the pandemic as people are indoors but still needs the phone services to stay connected so job security is been good so far and am confident enough that Vodafone will thrive through and continue to grow. Management part am doubtful as Indian management or top management are not that transparent and cannot trust their next move. Company policies are good so far and beneficial as well. Yes, every organization have their own positive and negative points. Here I would say first of all the management or the top managers to be precise. In past couple of years lots of ups and downs took place and major one was loosing quite a few processes from India to which we need to blame the management only because the fact is still not clear that why the process was taken from India. Secondly the work life balance, this is just because of the roaster making or reveling culture what Vodafone follows is really bad, the shift wise work is very well and no one stops you after you finish your 8 hr shift for the day, am pointing out the weekly roaster what is publish, people cannot make any plans for the month because its revealed on every Friday or sometimes Saturday or Sunday that what will be our shift from next Monday which is quite annoying and disappointing that such a big company cannot manage and show the monthly roaster in advance, don't know under which fear management is working and they think employees will plan and take leaves if whole months roaster is published in advance. There are companies, big & small who publish months roaster as well and you are clear with what will be your holiday and what will be your working hours and can plan personal and family needs accordingly.
