There is nothing for dislike, if you enjoy your work then it's worth working, but if you are not happy with your profile, simply switch something which you like, because vodafone paid every one more than our salary as competitions and other perks.

I am sorry to state that Management is not supportive at all. They play all the Corporate Politics to get their job done.
