When it comes to promotion you need skill plus recommendations. recommendation will work faster than skills when it comes to promotion, for salary there is a capping as per position which may vary person to person.

I loved working at Vodafone. Everyone lived there like a family and all managers behavior with employees like their own child. Wish if today I got job in Vodafone work from home I will go for it.
