Being an MNC, there are quite a few HR training modules that have to be implemented as per company policy which gives an opportunity for employees to grow. Though more than often, reporting managers feel these training programmes to be a waste of time and an unproductive day.

Dislikes

Employees are merely not resources who can be squeezed and stretched only to meet company targets. An employee spends more time in office work than with family. There are ups and downs in business. But if you know there is always a gun on our head, even the best man cannot perform.

Hectic, being a top performer I always felt due to nepotism my job was not appreciated enough. steep targets for people who were not their boss's favourite.
