Nepotism. Even Process head Reasons for above rating is because of company reporting manager in taxation. Also there is no ways or mechanism to understand the feedback by employee about their managers. Even during appraisal time, company HR rare cares about employee working except reporting managers coz honestly they don’t have whether reporting managers are complied by company rules or not. Even it is clearly understandable that if from any particular process like tax if employee is leaving in every two months or every two employee leaves throughout the month every month .
