Job security and the work culture is very appealing You would not want to leave the company for any reason. The company gives you enough opportunities to work. Yes work pressure is there but not that over powers you if you can manage time with work and life

Flexible work timing, Relaxed shift timings, No layoffs at any cost, good work place for newly married or married people with toddlers.

Dislikes

Age old technology, company's primary focus is customer satisfaction. Employees are expected to think out of the box whereas the devices that we work on or the projects in place are too old even for a 40 years old techie. Absolutely no enthusiasm or encouragement shown towards learning or upskilling. HR's notoriously known for beingsly. Managers are generally "mail" managers rather than "tech skilled"<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. This is probably one of those few companies calls the "variable pay" as bonus and the duration between appraisal discussion to the reflection of the "updated salary" is 3 months</mark>. No onsite opportunity regardless of the designation. In a nutshell, talented people's time and efforts will be handled brainless laid-back management....Read More
