Too much Workload, Micromanagement of mostly each things, Unnecessary office calling , Emotional and reverse questioning on work related, No one calls to ask your well-being if you not feeling ok or sick, To take leave multiple questioning, Rather than appreciation in few things, too much leading steps in faults questioning, Sr.management Doest care about timings rather just need to get the work done from subordinates with reference given of sr.management, Those work or data that needs to prepare and which needs to be done by sr Management is passed to downline from whom the work is getting done, Too much corporate politics, Rather getting system issue or process problem fixed at roots level, questioning done to subordinates as in what action they have taken to get thing corrected, Wrong Process still continues, System integration issues , Network related issues,etc...Read More
