Leadership is unfocused and try to run in all possible directions and completely ignore all the current project that are either running smoothly or under stress. Lot of internal conflict between members of operations governance over control of department which ultimately cost employees.

Dislikes

No transparence, managers reviews are filled and monitored by manager under employee login, Pay hike and promotions are done blindly . Managers and most of there favoured employee stole others employees hard work and represent it under there name , the worse part is when management are aware of it yet doesn't take any action even though there are documented proof.

Work Details

Would prefer not to ever work with this company ever again in my entire life.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
