Been there for 6years and in last 2 years are terrible in any terms. Especially work life balance is zero and working culture is deteriorated a lot.

I would like to say a word which describes overall experience for last 2&half years-- Terrible, pathetic and Disastrous No work life balance No work culture No recognition for your work Policies are meant for the management guys only Everyday people are being threatened to get fired. Department Management looks like Hippocrates. Only one way communication that is down the line which is actually not a communication that is order being passed from top to bottom.
