No Bonus for 2019, 2020, 2021 No incriment for 2020, 2021 Politics at every level. Micro management. Managers will not let you take sick leave. You need their permission to fall sick even during Pandemic No work-life balance because of rotational shifts that does not rotate for 1.5 years. If you are in NA shift, you will be there for 1.5 years No career growth or promotion or switch role. They will conduct 5 rounds of interview same as an outsider. It is much easier to get a job out of VMware than inside. There is no concept of promition to another role or Supervisor or Manager.
