I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Honestly your life will get horrible if you join this company. And only this company running on name of Vandana luthra. This company comes under Carline and so much work load not weekoffs every time u will get call from your supervisor for work.
