Top level management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

Rsm and other people who are working for vkc in Bangalore for long time don't want new people to join.They act like as if they are giving you salary they don't let you to take orders from dealer's as they have good relationship with them from many years.while leaving the job I didnt receive work experience letter,15days salary and 14k reimbursement expenses which I have spent from my money.
