Plethora and range of projects that they book and execute is brilliant. Their market reach is excellent. Great sales personnel. Some service personnel are brilliant. Projects executed in some branches are done very professionally. Performing people who market themselves well, get great increments.

Dislikes

Certain branches are not performing. Top management is closeted with relatives of MD. Closed and top down decision making approach. Manpower insufficient. Sometimes, impulsive decisions on manpower lead to serious problems. MDs focus is on south branches mostly. No training calendar. Untrained manpower make serious mistakes & resultant blame games are a way of life here. SAP migration is a failure. No control on PO, WO. No concept of integrated material management. No knowledge database....Read More
