As a non executive I can say that there is agood atmosphere of work, we can identify,alot of technical knowledge can be gained for freshly intern ships and employees too , modern equipment in expansion is a boon to the company. Such a great National asset

As the decision of the non strategic sector plan made by modi sarkar ,dragged THE RINL Future into deep hells. No captive mines, no raw material resources, no manpower recruiting, salaries paid too late, either cant expect when they would come, even death of employees see due to defaulters made by bankers. No growth for non executives, n staff to executive promotion policy Desolved, no hra for new comers. No promotion for executive post for diplomates joined after 2017, I aspired that one day I would become an executive being a local person, left alot of good opportunities for the sake of aspiration but no use.
