Great platform to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Manitains company culture on paper only. Poor hr policies and they will put fine for everthing. The company is not end result oriented. Lot of micromanagement will happen. You will get very less compensation for the work you did.

Work Details

They wont let you be peaceful during your personal leave. They need the works get to be done. Or else they will mention your name in group and will start asking you again.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
