I really like the work environment in sales.

Currently I'm working as collection agent on sales salary. Working for 10hrs and 6days a week. Collection agent are having more salary than we sales executive. Still Forcing us work extra hrs with no Over time allowance or incentives. Their is no job security at all. And on month end (29,30,31) we work for 13hrs straight. The hire bulk under graduate for work and more than half leave the office after a month but remaining stay due to financial issues. HR of this organisation will never support they agents....Read More
