The work is really nice with friendly colleagues and a great work-life balance. Projects are interesting and there is a lot of room for growth. I particularly enjoy participating in company's culture events and theme-based parties which add fun touch to the work environment

I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

We have a detailed performance review and appraisal system in place. The key focus is on excellent performance and work quality. Those who perform extremely well receive recognition and appreciation. This without a doubt motivates us, and give us a sense of pride in our work accomplishments. It boosts our self-confidence and encourages us to try for even better results.

The leadership and team spirit is fantastic here. Everyone has a growth mindset and there is no place for office politics . All seniors are approachable and the work process is transparent with fair opportunities , rewards and appraisals . The management is also friendly and keeps organizing fun activities in office and outdoor team picnics

Last year, our team had a trip to Kamala Bird Sanctuary. We took a break from work, went trekking, and got closer with all teammates while enjoying nature. The peaceful vibes there not only refreshed us but also gave us a backdrop for some awesome moments. It was like a fun escape, letting us relax, explore, and create memories that stuck with us, even when we were back at the office.

I'm genuinely content with our HR team- they're extremely helpful. They explain policies clearly to every employee, and this is with an intention to adhere employees to maintain a fair and disciplined work environment. Also, they're very much systematic at keeping employees records, and documentation- making it easy to get what you need without repeating requests. This wasn't the case in my last job. If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) Clearly not for people above 2+ years Exp. d.) Pay is very less also don't ever expect a good appraisal. e.) Its a Family driven company not a proper tech company. No Clear HR Policies there are 1-2 persons who takes all of the major decisions. f.) Pay is very less according to the work and pressure that exists there. g.)
