The only thing is you can travel to northern part below himachal if you haven't been there, but without any advance cash in hand.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work on Sunday's preparing excel files and updating on client meetings. Compensation is very poor. The Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestions most of the times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
