Poor Management skills Fake Walk In Interviews Lack of budget Poor work - Small Clients, a CA can't grow in such environment, no exposure to big data, large SAPs. AM is the worst position as management blames you on everything, people under you are also horrible, as Vistra being a BPO focuses on reducing cost, so they hire low quality people at cheap prices.
