Nothing about VISTA makes me happy. Just the colleagues are awesome and will help you to get through the day

Dislikes

The director is negligent towards employee inputs, makes them work upon tasks which should not be done by that team, ctc provided is average but there are loopholes used in ctc so kindly check in the offer letter before joining

VISTA InfoSec does not strike any good memories

Dislikes

Work life balance is crappy, work is not provided as per the role. Was given to work upon Compliance projects in past 2 years, instead of VAPT projects. Management is not proper, there are always loopholes when it comes to holidays, leaves and all the other things. Management always find a way to screw up everything and make your life hard. Policies change according to the Director's mood, so does everything. There was no relief while heavy rain and harsh weather, no flexibility and no WFH. If there were 5 saturdays in a month, he used to make us work 1 extra day and not compensate for the same....Read More
