There is no training, hr is not educated and influenced by top management so hr appoach is totally biased, there is no experience person who is technically sound, In your birthday company deducts your salary without taken your consent, if you are working in notice period then every time you will receive warning letter by hr without any reason and hr will scare you for not providing experience latter. There are various case. This office is lack of basic facilities like pure water, you can use only one Air Conditioner, if you will use both AC, then company will deduct your salary. Company are not capable to provide fairwell party during last working day of any employee. You need to answer your team lead in each time whether its early morning, night time and during the travel. Incase you will be forget your answer, your salary will be deduct. There is only 12 leaves and you will sign a bond for 2 years including advance check of 2 lakh rupees. Your personal life will be totally disturb. Any time company director can call you and will scare that I will do terminate you. They are hatters of Hindusim and other religion.

... upon projects which does not come under VAPT domain and our skillset expertise. The director does not respect employee's opinions and also fools and tries a way tl deduct our hard earned salary and Performance Incentive(PI). PI if included in the ctc structure should be given without any deduction. Which is not the case in VISTA, he fools employees by deducting it irrationally. If its outside the CTC, the employer has the right to deduct it but there's nothing mentioned about the deduction based on performance in the offer letter and also on joining. It will only come to light when there's time for PI calculation and distribution.

Nothing about VISTA makes me happy. Just the colleagues are awesome and will help you to get through the day

The director is negligent towards employee inputs, makes them work upon tasks which should not be done by that team, ctc provided is average but there are loopholes used in ctc so kindly check in the offer letter before joining

Top management is failing to keep an eye on their employees, who never reveal the fact that is happening inside the organisation. And top management has to break the imbalance between the employees. Jaago top management.
