The director is negligent towards employee inputs, makes them work upon tasks which should not be done by that team, ctc provided is average but there are loopholes used in ctc so kindly check in the offer letter before joining

To be frank except our MD and HR department, whole company is dipping themselves by recruiting unprofessional employees and spoiling the careers of the employees who wants to learn and grow according to companies future strategies. Bad luck is that, situations is something and the matter conveyed to the MD is quite opposite. Staffs strange behaviour, every employee in the office poke us to resign every day.
