Actually there is nothing that one can like in this organisation.

Dislikes

Work environment is sad. There is so much that the company has to work upon. Especially the whole management has to change. They keep making promises but dont live upto to it. There is no learning, no value for employees, they don't care for employees, no job security and keep asking employees to leave the organisation irrespective of their performance and tenure by providing lame reasons</mark>. They only follow hire and fire method. Salary is pathetic for freshers which is way below the regular standards. Would not recommend anyone to join this organisation. Suggestion to the organisation : if you cannot make someone's career don't break it either....Read More

We had a very good fun loving team, helped me to work under pressure with pleasure. Superiors were very supportive and guided me in improving my skills. Bit of politics raises up here and there, it's common in corporate world... So have to handle it.

Dislikes

Job security is not assurred as all the private companies. Salary scale is too low compared to the other companies in the market. Has only less scope to learn. Appraisal won't happen on assured time. Their HR systems are very poor, they need to work on stabilizing the HR systems. The old management is quite concerned about the employees and worked on the strategy to increase the business by motivating employees. but the new management is worse in that. Very rigid work schedule, less employee benefits. Lack work life balance....Read More

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
