Very good support from vision motors. Before announcing lock down in india vision motors planned 50 % staff working in office and others work from home. And the another support was vision motors released March month salary by 23rd of March to all employees.

Best place I have ever worked, All are given equal importance and mutual respect irrespective of their destination.

Basic pay would be considerably less (common across automotive industries) but incentives are 2x or 3x times the salary depending on your performance. Problem happens when trying to switch jobs they will consider only the basic pay.

Here we can attain only experience by handling things indendently with out getting any support properly from Top Management. Salary getting on time. TA policy is found good.

No coordination among staffs, only spreading negatives of one person to another and creating problems on daily basis. Management decisions are not favourable for hard working and honest staffs. Not giving final settlement properly when an employee leaves from the organization. Yearly appraisal and incentives getting is very poor.
