- Salary offered for some profiles is more than the market offering - There is flexibility in work hours, but often on the whims of your reporting lead - Locations of offices in Delhi NCR only - Work is related mostly to education sector, so people with that aptitude will find it good. However, other profiles also do exist.

-Salary offered is decent, but the appraisal system does not exist. It seems to be at the whims and fancies of the management. - Some teams have extreme flexible work hours, some have zero. There is no coherent policy. - HR policies on leave and other benefits is not clear. - There is no additional incentive or offering in CTC, so everything like health insurance etc has to be self managed. - HR and Management is in taters, the communication is absolutely bad.
