Nothing! They provide the Worst Quality of Education to the students. Their material is not good enough to prepare a student for future. The good thing is that it is permanent Work from Home and the Academic Specialist gets the assets at home. The salary is on time. Apart from this, everything is worst here.

Dislikes

They can fire you without any reason. They put me inside PIP and didn't offered me any valid reason for it. They fired hundreds of Employees without any proper reason. Only those employees gets promotion here who are bootlickers of their senior managers. Even the managers don't know how to behave professionally with the juniors. Being at a senior position does not give license to the Manager to talk rubbish to the employees at lower level than them. They also ate up my rewards. Don't work here!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
