During my time at the company, I noticed several areas of concern that could be improved. There was often a lack of clear communication between upper management and staff, leading to confusion and delays in operations. Additionally, salary payments were frequently delayed without prior notice, which caused frustration among employees. Moreover, decisions regarding staff termination appeared arbitrary at times, with little explanation given. The top management seemed to lack the necessary expertise and decision-making skills, often appearing more focused on pleasing the owners rather than addressing operational challenges. Excess number and unprofessional resources, where team leader have to invest alot of energy and time on them if we would do something on this,that time can be used for the direct growth of organization.

Work life is good. Team is supportive. Its just like on job training where everyday I am learning new things which are productive to the growth of organization as well as for me.
