As it was my First job into Eye wear industry from apparels retail I've joined into eye wear it was very wonderful experience working in Vx learned each n everything about the product company provides u the training of product and the trainer Mr Vinay sir is really a fabulous trainer he teaches explains very good that every learner can learn quickly.Learned software programs like SAP And CRM which was very useful later in my other jobs. Poor management, only care about revenue and sales figure and not about the staff bringing in the revenue. Stores are in poor conditions no Ac at the sore i am at sice 6 months.
