Poor management, only care about revenue and sales figure and not about the staff bringing in the revenue. Stores are in poor conditions no Ac at the sore i am at sice 6 months.

Senior will transfer you to save their jobs if the sale going down they blame you till you resign really they will never going to set you free. Again they hire some body after 6month they again blame him for losses till they resign or they will transfer them. Area Manager and Bussiness head are the one who long till pension but no employees can exists more than a year
