Toxic work environment. Leadership has no clue how to grow business. Work-life balance is a word which does not exist in the dictionary of management. Ad hoc requirements, no prioritisation, no consideration for employees or their time.

Poor management, only care about revenue and sales figure and not about the staff bringing in the revenue. Stores are in poor conditions no Ac at the sore i am at sice 6 months.

No marketing support, less value to Store Manager than Optometrist, AOM and RM behaviour is very much unprofessional, slow systems, Manpower issues and so on.
