Emerging company which provides micro controller and sensor used in HVAC with in-built program as per the clients need and system configuration. Salary is quite good for starters (not too great). Learning depends on individual but good for Instruments and Electronic Engineering. Need to travel 30-40% of the time. Work life balance dependent on your ability to deal with your supervisor. No PF/EPF. Less holiday and leave compared to big companies. 6 days working in week. No medical/health insurance, no bonus/performance pay, no transport to and fro from office to home. No canteen facility as it can't afford it. On job training is given. No seperate training facility.
