My overall experience was average.Smart Classes are not available.It is not the place where you can look for growth and development.

Dislikes

Employees are not respected.No growth.Candidates who are looking for growth just don't submit your resume here.You will not get job security here and the management will find a way to blame you.However, colleagues are supportive and help you in difficult times.

I struggled a bit in the beginning.Within one year I knew how to handle the work.Creative or innovative ideas are not accepted here.I looked for creativity and innovation in teaching here.
