Safety for girls employees, I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, higher quality products & has a global client base. Companies surrounding environment are healthy & fresh.

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work continues 8 hours in a day.

There are people with 15, 20 years so job security is not an issue. Increments are similar to everyone, so great place for non performers Work Life balance is good, its like a government office, you need to spend 8.5 hrs in the office and do the minimum work expected.

Dislikes

If you are looking for a non competitive work environment this could be the place for you. They do not believe in skill development. Even though it is a MNC the functioning is like a family run business (read baniya company) There are no set policies, and if there are policies its purely on discretion and understanding of the admin boss. Appraisals are good and almost same for all, even if you are horse or the Mule in the team. So for the non performers its great, but for others its unfair. You cannot grow beyond a certain grade in IT India....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
