Very low work culture, Regular meetings with no agenda, Strict on targets with no resources. Bunch of vendors waiting out for payments. All the departments are ruled by Sales and CRM, Zero job security. Everyone everything to be reported MD. Employee feedback is taken from office boys and security. No hopes of sales and future projects and salary on time is a dream!

I worked as a Safety Engineer of 9 months, there is no safety policy and safety procedures to fallow, the organization doesn't wants to implement safety norms only for the purpose of PMC they will hire. Until unless incident occurrs nobody will question you. 34 acres of land 338 G+2 villas,Farm house, Club House Ware house workers nearly 700 only one safety Engineer.
