If you like to rule and show supremacy on your subordinates then VMM is the best place to work. Your boss and to management will be happy of you show ruling power in your store, and hence your job will be secure. Otherwise be ready for transfers and humiliation over the conversation call.

There is not even a 1% of job security until and unless you make your boss happy in all the terms. Work life balance is nil as you have to be open to work 24*7*365, no matter if you have taken approved leaves (don't miss con call even you are taking "shaadi k phere"). They tend to give amoung some best salary in the industry, as they know this is the only reason someone can survive in their culture. If you're appointment as SM then be ready as you are a multiplayer, SM role in store, advocate role if there is any legal issue(they will ask you to handle till the last mile) even many more just be ready....Read More

The work atmosphere in this place is really good and all the senior manager are always helpful for what I need. Above this all the customer are happy with the price of the Vishal with compare to quality.

Culture not good, 1 man handling the company, over dipression work pressure. No HR policy for Associate. Store manager forsh to hard work pressure to each Employee, no weekly off provide to his staff . only work pressure for 16-20 hours in aday.
