Good company to get large format experience. Good salary structure. L and D department gone for a toss.. on induction training program.. Frequency of management visits are high for few selected stores.. large company means complicated work culture..

Dislikes

Works with very optimum manpower. Can cut off team size at any given point of time as per business trends. Infrastructure is not upto the mark.
