Made to work overtime ever Saturday and Sunday and now just because stock tag is coming were not given week off and made to work 12 hours for 2 weeks continuously

No work life balance, no leaves nothing to stay in this company, you have to join co call on your weekly off Or you are on leave, no matter what situation you are going through you have to join the call, even they do concall at 10:30 to 11:00 PM it really surprising

If you don't have work then join but that is not for permanent job because there is no Hr, Labour policy. Work life balance is zero

11-18 hours for work No HR policy No Labour policy No promotion No personal life Nothing for learning Waste of time Seniors are starting torture everytime. There is no final settlement after left the job HR will fire from the job anytime Job safety is Zero Plz don't join Vishal mega Mart it's my humble request

Here you can learn fully how to handle a big store by your own. Your boss from top level management gives you good mentorship. So you can learn good knowledge & hard productivity.

Dislikes

As compared to this company store sizes they provided very less manpower & it's very challenging as a manager to run a store having less manpower. Manpower accusation is very pathetic as compared to sales, target & overall operations.

Overall everthings are very bad there only those can work who really not getting job anywhere else.

Work culture, HR not responding to employees, there is no ethical behavior at all everything only on paper or portal to show case and they can cheat. Working hours there is no limit and personal life will get disrupted. A lot have to say but not willing to write.

Company culture is very bad. You are pressurised to take on and complete tasks that are not even in your KRA. There is lack of transparency while communicating the policies to the employee. The appraisal is not at all at the market level and a whole lot of competition within the team is created as only one can catch the final appraisal.

Here I did job with different departments and defferent section time to I got opportunity and I grab it .and seriously I learn from vishal mega mart most things which one help to me grow.thst was great experience with.

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

Appraisal and growth is very good.. Any one can learn lots of upskills here...... Salary bonus incentive etc and also salary time is very good....

Not a single percentage of satisfaction here.. To much pressure,work life is totally not balanced and also duty time is not fixed...someday it's straight to 12. 13. 14 hour a day...
