Lot's of things to learn, this not like other companies where your boss pulls you down. In this company you can learn everything.

I don't like it's management culture. Company provides very limited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

The work atmosphere in this place is really good and all the senior manager are always helpful for what I need. Above this all the customer are happy with the price of the Vishal with compare to quality.

everything, Complete Manipulation in everything inside store by company even company top Managment people are involve in managing wrong inventory in system.
