SM behaviour toward staff 10 hours of shift some time 12 hours minimum 10 hours , you can't sit for a second in your 10 hours of shift, you can't even use stol while recovering, you have to take box out of store and put them in shelf in the same time you have to watch coustomer . You have to deal with thousands of coustomer in a dayand at night time you have to unboxing the box's also and put them in proper shelf. After all this what we got just 9900 of salary not even 10k . I have 9 years of experience in corporate sector but still got this low salary and position...Read More
