The company is a one man show(CEO). Teams are micro managed and directly monitored by the CEO while bypassing all higher and mid level management. Job security is pathetic. The company fired scores of people from the HO and hundreds of store support employees during the pandemic and withhold the variable pay of the the remaining. Work life balance is just fine but better then other retail companies. Company is growing in terms of no of stores and revenue. But the benefits are not being passed onto the employees, barring a few old employees who have some esops
