90% of people are in the age group 25 to 40 years which makes a very young team. This helped in for new thought process and innovation. A lot of research work has been done for indegenization of many parts. As a young team we are achieving 98% reliability of our equipment. I am happy that I am heading this team which made me more knowledgeable and strong.

Dislikes

Salary and growth are very slow. Appreciation from top management is nill. Sometimes need to work more than 18 hrs. Increments are based on performance. More people are there for telling job and very less people for executing the job which makes working people stressed.

Work Details

My work mainly is to make the equipment and related things reliable which makes me to think more innovative ideas. I need to look into financial aspects as my cost per production (Teu) has to be within the margin along with environmental concerns
