B.Tech people are given more preference than people who have done MBA or rather having a management degree.. They are also paid less to B.Tech people

Compensation and benefits not given as per experience and performance. Less salary as compared to other good steel companies.Salary gets delayed all the time by a month almost.Raw material shortage is a common issue as they don't have Captive mines.Rolling Mill and SMS are in complete shutdown as of now where the lateral entry candi dates are losing jobs who joined just 2 Years back.Average middle management with average and not up to Mark skills.Attrition rate is high!HR needs to take much more initiative in training for better skill upgradation....Read More
