Management policy is very very bad which increases day by day...

Lots of thing it's canteen facility, communication system (like vehicle availability) within the plant, the most stupid thing is no additional variable it was re-structure the salary and which we get less salary as previous whereas resion that company doesn't provide raw meterial, doesn't sell product ...... ,Etc...

Good culture of department, not plant. Teammates are supportive. There is huge guest house and playground arcade for chilling.department policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike after every 3years

There is a lot ryof politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but carreer growth is slow
