Fun place to watch a bunch of unskilled people trying to maintain their positions. Uncertainty is very exciting because of ongoing layoffs. If you are a skilled corporate employee to safeguards yourself and blame others, you will grow a lot.

Firing employees. No transparent appraisal rating . Resource might work 2shifts . One day time another till 10 to11pm . One person Work used to start 9 am to handle Indian development activities and ends at 10 pm to support USA team . Many legacy applications you might work .

Outdated process and technologies feels like working in the 90s. No clear strategy or vision from leadership. Stressful work that impacts worklife balance. Too much politics and friction between teams. There is a culture where people want others to fail rather than working for the customers. 2 days worth of work takes 15 days to complete due to various process.
